Waiter - Are you ready to order?

Harriet - Yes, I think so..., what are you having?

Giorgio - ...mm I don't know. What is "mince pie"?

Harriet - It's a sort of pastry filled with mincemeat, that is meat cut into very little pieces and mixed with spices.

Giorgio - OK, I think I'll try that, with peas and carrots.
